On your own computer. KIAZO stores your clients, appointments and numbers locally on your device — we never see or receive that information.
No. KIAZO works offline. It connects only to verify your license and download updates; your client records are never sent.
KIAZO shows reminders as desktop alerts and can prepare reminder emails that are sent from your own email account. We do not run a messaging service and never see your messages. You are responsible for having permission to contact your clients.
Windows and macOS. One license covers the desktop app on your computer.
Yes. Cancel any time through the billing portal linked in your receipts or by emailing support@kiazosoft.com. You will not be charged again, your license stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and your records remain on your computer.
